Dr Ram has been delivering world-leading cancer treatments and services to patients in the central South East region of the UK for over a decade. He has extensive experience in clinical research and is a Principal Investigator for several national and international clinical trials and projects involving high-precision treatments.
Dr Ram is one of the UK’s most experienced oncologists in the delivery of evidence-based precision treatments.
He can offer treatments that include proton beam therapy, advanced radiotherapy techniques designed to improve accuracy and reduce side effects, chemotherapy, immunotherapy and low-level laser therapy treatments to reduce pain and inflammation.
Dr Ram specialises in H&N (head & neck) cancers, skull base tumours, CNS (central nervous system) tumours and GI (gastrointestinal) cancers
These include, but aren’t limited to cancer in the mouth, throat, voice box, sinus, and salivary glands, meningiomas, chordomas, chondrosarcomas, glomus tumours; and oesophageal cancer.

He holds an NHS position as Consultant Clinical Oncologist at Southampton and has over 20 years of experience in oncology and over 8 years experience in Proton Beam Therapy.
